Pedigree Manx Rumpy Riser, Lovely young adult female, Pedigree Handsome young adult male Tailed Manx. Both from Champion UK and Champion USA bloodlines, old pedigree line back 28 generations to Isle of Man ancestry. Gorgeous blue spotted tabby Stumpy retired breeding Queen. Manx cats do not mature until around 5 years of age and can live up to 25 years, thus these Manx are young cats, with much to provide their right forever person/family when made available for adoptions.

Manximus Manx cats/kittens shorthair & longhair (Cymric) – Breeding carefully selected, limited litters for temperament, health and type. Raised and socialized in a dog friendly home environment. Our Manx cats are bred selectively, without using any domestic cats, experimental programs, NZ imports or over breeding, thus enabling Australian cat lovers to own and view Manx cats which have verifiable long ancestry to the Isle of Man. The original cat Registry for Pedigree Manx cats, is the UK Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF), where its Breeding Policy for the Manx Cat, specifically states:- “Manx means a particular head and body type, coat quality and eye colour, and most importantly, "Manx" ancestry.” The USA CFA, which is acknowledged the world’s largest Registry of Manx cats, allows no outcross to other cats and requires verifiable Manx ancestry.

Tailed Manx, whether short hair or long hair (Cymric), have all the wonderful qualities and nature of Tailless or Stumpy Tail Manx, plus the bonus of a Tail for those who prefer Tailed cats.

MANNKAYT Manx Cattery was established to expand the Pedigree Manx Gene Pool worldwide, without the use of any Domestic cats/other breeds, so these Manx/Cymric cats are able to be Registered in the UK and USA. No other cattery in Australia, or New Zealand is approved/part of this unique World Wide project, which had its genesis in 2011.

Manximus and Mannkayt are our prefixes registered with the QICC (Queensland Independent Cat Council)
Mannkayt and Australiana are our prefixes as Registered Breeders of Manx cats with CFA in the USA.
All principals of Manximus, Mannkayt and Australiana are members of the UK Short-Haired Cat Society,
which looks after the interests of Manx cats registered with the UK GCCF, which is Registry where our co-owned indigenous Manx from the Isle of Man are registered. Manx imported from the Isle of Man
should not be confused with cats registered in NZ as Isle of Man, as the NZ merely use this name for
Tailed Manx cats. Manx cats exported from the Isle of Man and registered with the UK GCCF, have been extremely rare since the mid 1980’s, when the Island Manx cat breeding facility closed and we are fortunate
to have finally obtained these indigenous Manx cats after a long search by/with our UK partner.
