WANTED: Quiet, Reliable Horse For Nervous Rider

I am looking for a horse for my 14 year old daughter. She is a nervous intermediate rider and needs a quiet, reliable horse to ride. Anything in between 14-15hh, mare or gelding and under 15 years of age. Would be used for trail riding so must be good with traffic. No buck, bolt, rear, bite or kick and must be easy to catch, saddle, rug ect. Would go to a very experienced horsey home. Prefer Quarter horse or QH X. No Thoroughbreds please.

Can't afford a lot at the moment so prefer under $1000.
