Comments: The one showing the streaks had its head plucked by the parents, so it had the 2nd lot of feathers come through showing the streaks. The 2nd one should colour up the same once it goes through its Juvenile molt. Photos are from about 3 weeks ago. Both babies had white neck-fluff and I can supply pics upon request.
