Warmblood mares with foals for sale

Memoir Lodge Warmbloods major reduction sale of mares & foals.

Due to upcoming travel commitments this year, I have decided to sell the rest of my breeding mares as I no longer will have the time to spend on them.
A major lifestyle change in direction and travel are the only reasons these mares are being made available at these prices to reflect current trends in the market.

All mares are excellent types, carry fantastic bloodlines, and are in good condition and either have a foal at foot, or in foal (due within the next couple months).
50% chance the mares that have already foaled are also back in foal, as they run all year with their wonderful stallion.
All mares have been breeders only, not broken in to saddle, and all mares are quiet, although 2 mares are not ‘handled’. I have never had any problems with these mares and a sensible, knowledgeable horseperson would have no troubles either.
Sensible temperaments, wonderful movements, and none have had trouble foaling down, / or problems in all the years I have owned them.
These mares were bred by Cheryl @ Cherenton Warmblood Stud.
These mares are healthy, in great condition and have quite a few years left for breeding foals yet.
This is a very reluctant sale, but a needed sale as they deserve more time and more attention then what I will be able to give.

Mare #1 – Cherenton Gee Sweetie
Australian warmblood, Grey, D.O.B – 13/09/2000
Approx 16.1hh
Carrying bloodlines of Graf Landau, Heini
Microchipped and registered with the Warmblood Society.
In foal, due anytime within next 2 months.
Formally unhandled mare, but a real sweetie and quiet and never any trouble whatsoever.
Stallion service certificate will be supplied for registration purposes for the foal.

Mare #2 – Cherenton Bonzai
Australian warmblood, Bay, D.O.B – 2/09/2001
Approx 16.1hh
Carrying bloodlines of Valuta, Winterkoenig.
Microchipped and registered with the Warmblood Society.
In foal, due anytime within next 2 months.
Formally unhandled mare also, but a sweetie and also quiet. No troubles with this mare whatsoever either.
Stallion service certificate will be supplied for registration purposes for the foal also.

Mare #3 – Cherenton Hugs N Kisses
Australian warmblood, Bay / Brown, D.O.B – 16/08/2006
Carrying bloodlines of Gymnastik Star, Winterkoenig.
Approx 16hh
Microchipped and registered with the Warmblood Society.
3 in one package. This mare has her 2014 bay colt foal still with her, and she has just foaled again with a bay filly. She will most likely be back in foal, as she is running with the stallion.
The mare herself was imprinted from birth, handled and rugged etc etc prior to being put to stud. She would make a fantastic riding horse for dressage or just a beautiful show horse.
Exceptional nature, fantastic movement, wonderful mare.

Mare #4 – Cherenton Tinsel.
Brown / bay. D.O.B – 4/01/02
Microchipped, but not registered. WbxTb. Can be ACE registered.
Carrying bloodlines of Winterkoenig (wb), Adios (Tb)

This mares sire is Cherenton Whitesox. He is out and about competing successfully.
This mare is lightly handled, been a broodmare for years with no dramas.
Throws excellent well built, strong purpose foals. Big movement, floating paces and she puts it all into her progeny. She is not a typical skinny tb looker, the very opposite. She can be mistaken for more a warmblood then her warmblood friends.
Beautiful sweet, soft natured mare.
Bay colt foal at foot, (born 2/01/15).
Stallion service certificate will be supplied for registration of the foal. (Foal is eligible for warmblood rego)

The sire of all foals is Cherenton Winter Wahoo, bay, 16.3hh, who carries bloodlines of Winterkoenig and Heini. The stallion is of exceptional quality, possesses fantastic movement, and the greatest nature in a stallion. He runs with his mares and foals all year, and is the best babysitter around. His foals possess his laid back intelligent mind, big strong movements, and his wonderful sweet nature. The sire is available for viewing while viewing foals.
