2014 Black headed caique Hen. A large quality bird in perfect feather – this youngster has been handraised and would make a delightful pet or great addition to breeding quality stock. This bird has been very well socialised with other birds including sharing weaning cage with Greys, Eclectus, conures and other caiques. Correct and proper socialisation is the fundamental key along with nutrition to achieving early reproductive success or success as a companion pet. This bird has been surgically sexed and has been micro-chipped which carries lifetime registration.
