15hh chestnut gelding

Lack of time means I'm considering selling my 15hh chestnut gelding. He's 6 years old. Moves very well. Clean
Limbed. Sound. Vice free. I've started all his ground work, lunges, long reins, saddled, bridled, been sat on.
He needs to be somewhere with a round yard or more than one pair of hands. Trying to work full time, young children and no helpers means starting him is nearly impossible. I suspect once started I will lack time to ride him away.
