breeding pair Ecylectus Parrots

We have a pair of breeding Ecys, 6 years old, Female lays but you need to pull her eggs from her straight away and put them in a incubator ss she doesn't look after them, we got 12 eggs from her which we hand raised our selfs but now due to our family growing and work commitments we can no longer do that.
