breeding pair Ecylectus Parrots

We have a pair of breeding Ecys, 6 years old, Female lays but and sits on her eggs hatchs the eggs but she will not rear the babies eggs can incubated or babies must be taken once born, we got 12 eggs from her which we hand raised our selfs but now due to our family growing and work commitments we can no longer do that.
