4 x 2 x 2.5 full setup for sale

I'm downsizing so my 4x2x2.5 setup is up for sale.
The tank is 5 years old and has a few minor scratches (although you need to look closely to see them).
Included is:
Tank
Cabinet and Hood
4' LED light (has day and night settings)
Eheim 2026 Professional 2 cannister filter with media and spare filter pads
Aquis 1200 canister filter with media and spare filter pads
Jager 3608 250W heater
2 x glass outflow lily pipes

If you want the substrate (UP aqua soil - approx. 45kg) I will throw it in as well.

The tank is 10mm glass so will require some strong people to move it.
