Hi i am looking for a long term free lease of a horse

we have other horses also but are ridden by the whole family and i am just looking for a horse mainly for myself, will be very well cared for on 40 acres fed twice a day, rugged, groomed, can be stabled at night time if neccessary & etc

what i am looking for in the horse is

* must be quiet (i am experienced rider but will lead my daughters on it occasionally and when my younger brother comes to visit (intermediate rider) he will also ride.

* Must be able to be leased on my Property

* Between 14hh to 15hh

* Mare Or Gelding

* Must not buck, bolt, kick etc

* Between 5 to 15 yrs old

* No Thoroughbreds Or Arabs Please

* Well Built (nothing petite)

will just be used for pleasure riding with some barrels and pole bending included in the pleasure riding as we have barrels and pole bending set up on my property.

will sign lease contract if needed, refrences can be given if necessary.

you would be welcome to come do check ups on the horse, very experienced home with horses.

Shared Paddock, day yards with shelters, roundyard, riding area with barrels and pole bending, trotting track, not far from pony club, wash bay, 24hr supervision, dam in paddock, etc

$20.00per week per horse, horse must be respectful of fences, musnt be pig headed or nasty to other horses

If you require us to rug and feed your horse(s)it is $30.00 per week per horse and you must supply the horse feed

friendly enviroment always welcome to come up for cuppa when not with your horse(s)
