My elderly friend became very sick 6 months ago and had to move out of her home, she couldn't take Chandra with her and can't afford a kennel. At the time my partner offered to take Chandra and she has lived happily with him and his kids for 6 months. We broke up 3 days ago, and now he plans to drop Chandra at my home on Saturday whether I am there or not. I have a very jealous cat who is free to come and go during the day, and I can't have Chandra, she would be bullied and very unhappy.

I am desperate for help as my friend had Chandra for 10 years and loves her like a child, and needs to know she is safe and happy, she is so worried, my stupid ex called her and told her what he was going to do and really upset her. Would anybody be willing to provide a loving home for her? She is very quiet and dainty, but also very curious and will follow you around everywhere, loves watching the household activity. I have run out of options and I am desperate for help, I would move heaven and earth to find a home for her, she is a great traveller and would cope well with a car trip of up to 2 hours. She will come with food, toys, a scratch post with a little house at the base, and pretty much anything else you want!
