PUPPY SCAMMERS BUYERS BEWARE

Buyers beware of puppy scammer. I just recently lost my Boxer to old age and I posted on gumtree 'wanted purebred boxer puppy AD' within half an hour of posting this person from this number 0492024654 TEXT ME on the 8th February 2021 She gave me 2 bank accounts to transfer the money into the but she wanted me to use this bank account ANZ Branch is at COFFS HARBOUR NSW. She sent me her Drivers Licence as ID where I believed it to be true and I transferred into that ANZ account $150 and I put in the description FEMALE BOXER PUPPY on the transaction on the 12th February we had to drive 2 hours to go collect the puppy went to the address that she text me with and it was not the right address. I went straight to the police showed them my phone with all the text messages photos of the puppy, address and Licence, The policewomen said to me that is a scammer the address did not match up with the Drivers Licence. We drove 2 hours plus full tank of fuel costing me $60 plus $10 in TOLL FEES.

Now I am wanting to warn other people who are looking for puppies please be careful there are too many scammers.
