Wanted female port Lincoln parrot

We have a rescue male who barbers his chest feathers each breeding season, we have tried giving him cage mates that were a different breed but it has not helped so we hope if we get him a female we can stop him stressing out.
Lincoln only has 1 wing as he was surrendered to us with a broken wing that had healed hanging down and also had a large growth on it so it had to be removed.
