Here is an opportunity if you want a large bird collection without the worry of noise and neighbours.
I am selling up and moving further away to a larger property and business opportunity.
I am situated 4km from the town centre of McLaren Vale (the famous wine producing region) and 7km by road to Moana Bch. but only 35mins drive to Adelaide city centre.
Pedler Creek flows through the property. It is an oasis for wildlife, especially birdlife, with over 100spp, recorded.
There is no road frontage but the property is at the end of a no-through road, so it is very private. There are no neighbours to be seen but the closest are 250m away and others are much further.
