The coral sand is taken from a pollution-free island in the south sea of China. This means no phosphate, nitrate and surface contamination.
Coral sand is naturally porous, it is best suited for use as a bottom sand filter in the aquarium owing to its big surface area. It can simulate river beds and a sea beach. A big plus is that it can grow beneficial bacteria.
The main content of the coral sand is calcium carbonate, which is conducive to the stability of pH value in seawater.
