Birds for special needs children aviary

Looking to buy young birds from the nest to hand raise for an aviary that has been donated to allow special needs children and the elderly to come and interact with them and enjoy them.Looking for nests of rainbows,cockatiels,conures etc.Will pay reasonable price but not crazy prices
